When contacting me for a return please give the original purchase invoice number with product names and numbers you wish to return. Email me at returns@sshitech.com.
Upon verification I will send you an email back including the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and call tag for return shipping. Please write down the tracking number from the call tag so you can track your return back to me.
Upon receipt of the return items I will issue you a credit in the manor of which they were originally paid for. I will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once I have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return.
When returning products please return them in their original package in new condition.
Any products not returned in their original package or in new condition are subject to either a restocking fee, up to 25 % of the original cost of the product, or returning of the product to you at my descretion.
Any spray type item, i.e. pepper sprays, MACE® , etc, once used are non-returnable.
Any Item torn from it's original Blister Packaging, unless defective, is non-retunable.
